Susan Krumdieck has been passionate about sustainability since high school. She developed a theory of anthropogenic system dynamics that helps to understand sustainable societies during her Masters degree. She has been a researcher in sustainable energy for more than 25 years. She is one of the originators of the concept of Transition Engineering. Susan's research group has been active for almost 20 years and you can see some of their explorations at the Advanced Energy and Material Systems Lab website. 

Daniel Kenning is a Mechanical Engineer. 

Julie Winnard was a co-member of the grass-roots Global Sustainability Forum at Visteon. Julie brings long experience of automotive new product development and Transition Engineering.
